Effective September 1st, Associa will no longer support the Orchard.

After thorough deliberation and evaluation, the HOA Board decided not to renew our annual service agreement with Associa. This decision means we will no longer use TownSq for HOA business, including payments, violation reports, and issue resolution. Moving forward, the Orchard will self-manage and rely on the accounting and payments software of a company called Boulder HOAPlease expect to receive an email with login information to the new platform. If you have questions about this transition, please consult this website or email HOA Board President Joby Schaffer at: president@orchardhoa.org.
